  1. Go to Applications | All records.
  2. Find the application you want to update.Screenshot
  3. On the left, scroll down to the career plans section.Screenshot
  4. Choose the correct Term from the dropdown.
  5. Choose the correct Program from the dropdown.
  6. Choose the correct Major from the dropdown.
